Golden Monaco is our extra-dry tonic water. The idea: less sugar and more quinine. Golden Monaco has a clear, dry taste – a straight and pure tonic water which is low-calorie to boot and, when used as a drink mixer, lets the added liquor dominate the taste. Rounded off with a high carbonation level producing a fine effervescence and light notes of cardamom and juniper, Golden Monaco brings out the distinctive character of the gin without adulterating it. It was designed in close collaboration with Klaus St. Rainer and his “screw crew” at the Goldene Bar in Munich.
