It is a scalloped black metal tole tray with gold around the inside rim and depicts a bowl of lemons on a black and white diamond backroik It was made in England for Ian Logan with the still life by artist Lucy Neil. Absolutely charming to use or hang in the wall. Measures: 22 1 8" x 17 3 8" x 1" Condition: a few scratches
