Heiwa Shuzou 'AKA KID' Aka Junmai Sake barrel aged sour pure cherry and raspberry aromasMade from Gohyakumangoku rice, a red rice strain from the Wakayama Prefecture of Japan. It is a Junmai sake, polished to 55%, and includes 5% unpolished rice. Slightly unfiltered and full of interesting flavors of figs, grenadine, pear juice, vanilla, watermelon, and sarsaparilla. Berries and cream vibes, IYKYK. Enjoy with spicy rich pastas, chicken katsu, or strawberry ice cream.
