1980 Crass / Poison Girls 'Bloody Revolutions / Persons Unknown 7" graphics A clean bit of earlyOriginal 1980 Crass 7" which was a benefit release with Brighton anarcho punk band Poison Girls (with whom they regularly appeared) The lyrics are a critique of the traditional Marxist view of revolutionary struggle, and were written partly in response to violence breaking out at a gig both bands performed at in Red Lion Square, London, September 1979.
