Fratelli Alessandria 'Priora' Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC, 2020 tempranillo This delicious white wine blendThis wine is made of 100% Barbera. We would pair it with a braised lamb shank and roasted nightshade veggies (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant). 'Priora' is a selection of two well exposed Barbera vineyards, that, according to the 'Superiore' designation, ripen more aggressively and carry a heavier "grape must". The heavier must translates to a fuller grape with more complexity, higher alcohol, and a greater capacity to age and develop. The juice is
