It is harvested by hand, direct pressed and aged in concrete on its fine lees. This ros is simply lovely with notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries and a pleasant minerality. Pair this with a red potato pizza, topped with spicy sausage and broccoli rabe, and indulge in a "little joy".
