Marisa Cuomo Costa d'Amalfi Rosso DOC, 2023 brooklyn cider It’s then aged for 1½50% Aglianico and 50% Piedirosso from the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast. Marisa Cuomo is one of our favorite winemakers, as she specializes in her white wine and very good use of phenolics in her reds. The wines are fruity, floral, and living, without being overly extracted and heavy on the palate. This red is juicy, with fresh red fruit and soft tannins, and would pair perfectly with bucatini all'amatriciana, or a grilled pork chop topped with sauteed
