Georgian "Hope" Ship Intaglio Seal Fob Pendant brutalist Beautiful Georgian mourning brooch datingDATE: Georgian, c. 1820 A cool antique seal fob pendant set with a gorgeous citrine base, intaglio carved with the word "Spero" translating from Latin to "Hope". Carved below is a ship, a Norwegian ship built by T. Salvesen in 1893, and ran aground (wrecked) in 1910. However, "hope" on it's own, a lovely sentiment. It's crafted in 15k gold throughout with a highly ornate body and dates from the Georgian period, circa 1820. STONES Citrine MEASUREMENTS
