This is a luscious yet dry Pinot Gris that successfully balances fruit weight with aromatic freshness. It delivers concentrated flavours of apple and five spice, complemented by a hint of toasted almond. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for a year, the wine achieves an excellent, slightly creamy texture and lively acidity, leading to a
