Envínate 'Misturado de Abeleda' Ribeira Sacra, 2021 fleurie The addition of the whiteEnvnate's Misturado de Abeleda is sourced from a centenarian parcel, composed of a rare blend of 70% red (Mencia, Brancellao, Alicante Bouschet, Mouraton, and Gran Negro) and 30% white grapes (Godello, Torrontes, Treixadura, Albario, and Doa Branca) is hand harvested and co fermented with wild yeasts. Aged for 11 months in used French oak, this wine is bottled with no additives for a pure and authentic flavor. Pair with grilled spicy shellfish or bone
