BloodRoot Sauvignon Blanc North Coast, 2022 basque county pairs perfectly with spicy briny100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from volcanic vineyards in Knights Valley and sandstone vineyards in Gibson Ranch, along the North Coast of California. The wine is aged for 6 months in 25% new French Oak barrels with the remainder being in stainless steel and neutral barrel. Mineral rich and sharp, but with a ton of complexity from barrel as well. This is a dialed in expression of Cali Sauv Blanc, and would pair well with shrimp ceviche, or baked halibut
