The design of the NeverFurl® device allows each rotator to work independently with the wind by moving up and down and rotating around the pole thereby eliminating flag wrapping
it featured 13 stars on a blue field and 13 alternating red and white stripes
The winch is mounted to the inside of the flagpole with two 5/16"-18NC stainless steel bolts with mounting centers being 3-1/2"
