Max Kilburg 'Vertigo' Feinherb Riesling Mosel, 2025 GSM The year was 2011 –100% Riesling as a collaboration between Max Kilburg and vom Boden. The wine is a selection of barrels from Max's historic cellar and from other growers from Wintrich. This 'feinherb' somewhere between dry and a touch of sweetness is a limited treat, so get it while you can! Pair it with some spicy Szechuan tofu.
