Convento San Lorenzo 'Vesper' Rosso di Valtellina, 2021 Portugal The Company has launched againThis wine is made of 100% Nebbiolo. Named after the Greek God Vesper, the personification of the evening star. The terraced vineyards for this wine are located just outside the Convento at an average elevation of 500 meters, and are bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk. This is a youthful, juicy, and pleasant Nebbiolo with plenty of fresh cherry fruit and rosy aromatics. Pair it with smoked brisket sliders.
