The Heritage Collection is a limited release of barrels aged 7-year
the vinification of the wine resembles that of an amarone
This wine is made from 100% Gewürztraminer from Alto Adige
after which both parts are blended and refined ‘sur lies’ for 6 months during which time it also undergoes battonage
aged in French oak and stainless steel

A lovely cellar release bottling, and in large format, this wine is loaded with notes of dark cherry, rose petals, leather, and strawberry. Pair with grilled pork, and pasta dishes.
