It is a blue transfer pattern of an ornate basket filled with flowers which have been hand painted in vibrant yellows and reds. It still has the original solid brass tap. Marked Royal Crown Hand Painted Measures: 15 " T X 5 1 2 " D X 9 " W Condition: no chips or cracks. There is some crazing.
