It must be mixed with Oxidizing Emulsion volume 20 for skin polishing, face and body bleaching. The selection of the Oxidizing Emulsion is vital, the higher the volume, the more prompt and stronger bleach results will be. Bleach Powder is fine grained and super air floated to give you maximum spread. For bleaching: Mix bleach powder mild with 2 to 3 parts of oxidizing emulsion
