Blueshine begins with Maine barley, fermented in our large wooden fermenter and then run through our copper still. When the shine is ready, we add in a bucket of Maine wild blueberries and complete the potion with a subtle helping of Maine maple syrup. Its a taste of blueberry pancakes with a kick.
