Costador "Metamorphika" Gamay “It’s the everything-or-nothing moment inGrapes: Macabeu (70 80 year old vines) Region: Catalonia, Spain Vintage: 2022 Viticulture: Organic + Biodynamic Soils: Clay, Stony + Calcareous Vinification: hand harvested. Maceration for minimum of 12 weeks. 50% whole cluster and 50% destemmed in clay amphora (300 3500L) between 4 6 weeks without temp control. Then rests for 3 months on the lees with daily stirring at the beginning and then once a week from then on Aging: 4 months in clay amphora
