Francioni - Fennel Pollen singles 1oz Vinegar aren't something we can easilyFrom the producer: Grown and harvested in Tuscany, Italy, our fennel pollen comes from Antica Drogheria Fancioni. The pollen is harvested in the height of summer, then carefully dried by the gentle Italian sun. Fennel pollen is widely used in sausages and salumi, its flavor with touches of sage, saffron and anise pairing wonderfully with pork. Ingredients: Wild fennel pollen.
