Bittermens New England Spiced Cranberry Bitters Angostura Orange Bitters Montelobos Mezcal was created byInspired by New England Thanksgivings and homemade spiced cranberry sauce. A touch of malic acid (adding a nice green apple tartness) and lime are added for extra tartness, along with some spice, vanilla and sour berries. This is a light on the bitter bitter. It works particularly well with cognac and bourbon and teams up nicely with Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters as well as other aromatic bitters.
