It hangs using two hooks on the back. The inside white part of the carving is what the inside of the antler looks like. This unique moose antler carving measures approximately 18" wide x 13" tall x 3" deep (as in 3" out from the wall) Neil and Shari Medley met in Alaska over 30 years ago in a small fishing town in Prince William
