Sancerre Chavignol 2025 Cocktail Bitters and hints of forest undergrowthThis crisp, textured white hails from the famous village of Chavignol, just outside of the town of Sancerre. Produced from organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc by Pierre Martin, whose family has tended vines in this area for centuries, the wine is bright and elegant, with notes of green apple, Asian pear, citrus zest, fresh herbs and a long, mineral driven finish. This is an excellent aperitif and a great partner for salads, seafood, and white meats.
