These are the probes that shipped with Flame Boss 100 & 200. The coated cables are preferred by many people because they are easy to wipe clean and don't get tangled so easily when stored. Because of the coating they will not last long above 400F. Used for monitoring the pit temperature for our patented precise temperature regulation and easy to read
