finishing soft and herbaceous but perked up with a white peppercorn spark
Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they're from Cam’s garden)
REGION: Hiroshima
Nose turns much more towards caramel now but also carries a slight astringency like wet paint for a moment
