Château de L'Ou Ipso Facto - 2018 (750ml) Size:750ml this wine is still anWinemaker's Notes: "Integral vinification in barrels": the grapes, from a grain to grain selection, are put directly into 300 litre barrels (only one of the two bottoms is closed). The maceration lasts 5 weeks with manual punching down, then each barrel is emptied and pressed, with the cooper coming to close the barrels at the estate. The wine finishes the fermentation in these same barrels. Aged for 18 months. This cuve symbolises the quintessence of
