The fly is tied with a hollow head that ensures this fly sit low in the water helping it from being knocked out of the way from attacking fish. The hollow head also makes this fly less wind resistant than solid foam poppers, while a flexible, durable coating protects the foam from fish's teeth. Finally, the hollow head
