The idea is to kick the ball which is suspended in the air and then land on your feet again. Contestants often kick higher than 8 ft. I tried it once with the ball only about 1 foot off the ground. I managed to kick the ball okay, but landed on my bottom. I don't recommend anyone trying this over the
