DiFluid Omix Bean Sweeper W Featuring an isolated grinding chamberThe DiFluid Omix Bean Sweeper is a small plastic tool for spreading a bean sample evenly before it's measured. Levelling the beans by hand introduces clustering and uneven density and either one is enough to throw off a moisture, density or water activity reading before the test even starts. Fitted over the sample chamber, it spreads beans across the surface in one pass, then lifts out before the reading is taken. It's designed to work across
