Featuring 6 strands of cultured pearls interspersed with gold balls that finish with a tassel, decorated with an 18 carat gold hand with red enamel nail varnish and a diamond cuff. Circa 1970. The necklace is 42. 5cm long, the hand is 4cm long and the pearl tassel 7cm long with approximately 60 points of brilliant cut diamonds.
