Antique Gold Heart Pendant Porcelain 8cm wide excluding the wiresA finely crafted and substantial Victorian heart shaped pendant in 15ct gold, dating to circa 1870. The front is richly engraved with intricate scrolling foliate motifs, framing a central cartouche that would have originally been intended for a monogram or inscription.
