St George California Reserve Apple Brandy James E Pepper 100 Proof Bourbon Gorgeous layers of Damask roseThis barrel aged apple brandy is like an apple orchard in your glass, with soft honey and cinnamon notes present. The 2020 release is a field blend of local apples sourced from a family owned farm in Mendocino County (as were previous releases), and aged 27 years in used American whiskey casks and used American and French oak wine casks. Very limited!
