This skirt is fitted with your choice of PVC trim along the bottom edge
When fully closed the smallest part of the corset waist size is 19" for XXS
You'll want to pick a corset that is 3-5" smaller than your natural waist
The sizing for our steel boned corsets is your waist size minus 2-5 inches so that the corset can be worn with a 1-3 inch gap and a 2-3 inch reduction in the waist
