The vibrant acidity drives the palate which is relatively light in weight. The fruits lingers nicely as the finish firms up with fine grained tannin. This would be a nice choice to pair with a typical country style pate or roasted chicken. The winemaker suggests osso bucco, roasted breast of veal or rustic, rind ripened goat cheese.
