Edwardian Amethyst and Peridot Earrings Topaz The central diamond is L/MA very pretty pair of 15ct gold amethyst and peridot drop earrings, dating to circa 1880. Each earring features a delicately set peridot at the top, from which two fine trace link chains suspend an amethyst. The amethyst is framed within an ornate quatrefoil surround, worked in rich gold with elegant scrolling detail. Light and graceful in movement, these Victorian earrings have a beautiful contrast of colour.
