Sapphire and Diamond Gypsy Ring Amazonite The diamonds are approximately 90A chunky sapphire and diamond gypsy ring set in 18ct gold, featuring a central 0. 60 carat Sri Lankan sapphire flanked by two old mine cut diamonds of approximately 0. 25 carats each. The sapphire is a rich blue hue, set flush within the gold band alongside the two bright, well matched diamonds. The ring is stamped 18ct inside the shank, along with the makers mark AH.
