Demiere Allegory Or Blanc de Noirs Brut - NV (750ml) Alba Produced from yields of 1A blend of 70% Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir, based on the 2018 harvest with 20% composed of older reserve wines. Winemaker's note: "A generous champagne, with a pronounced dosage, for gourmet palates" Dry champagne blended mainly with Meunier, the grape variety most represented on in our vineyard. The color is gold and of beautiful intensity with a fine mousse. The nose reveals aromas of ripe and stewed fruit. The palate is rich, velvety and ample.
