As soon as spring begins, we begin picking roses and drying the petals. This is one of our original flavors and a great example of what Bitter Girl Bitters does; homegrown ingredients from gardens in Sonoma and Marin County. There are flavors of rose, hibiscus, and a hint of lavender, with notes of black tea and honey. This flavor pairs well with tequila, gin, vodka, and whiskey. It
