Glencadam 15 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky Alvear Cream Sherry The nose offers orchard fruitA traditional Highland producer, Glencadam Distillery has experienced a renaissance since Angus Dundee took over operations in the early 2000s. The 15 Year Single Malt is matured entirely in ex bourbon casks and bottled without chill filtration or added color at 46% abv. The nose shows an oily vanilla with notes of apple, white pepper, sweet malt, and dry ginger. On the palate, caramel and sweet apple transition to grassy mint, cherry, and a touch of
