Sipsmith Gin Cimarron Reposado Tequila and a bit of spiceThis silky smooth gin is distilled on a pot column still combo (the first copper pot still in London for over 200 years when first put into production). The nose is floral with summer meadow notes, followed by mellow rounded juniper and zesty citrus freshness. The palate has dry juniper followed by tart lemon and orange marmalade, before a long finish that's spicy with more notes of juniper and more lemon.
