This wine is similarly rebellious with an unconventional blend of 50% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 20% Grenache, and 10% Cinsault. The Carignan and Cinsault go through a full carbonic maceration, while the Grenache and Syrah are destemmed and macerated for 21 30 days in concrete tanks. The result is a medium bodied red
