Pipeno Tinto 2024 Category_Orange cake batterA project led by Leo Erazo (the winemaker for Revolver and Altos Las Hormigas) and his friend Justin Decker, Rogue Vine offers this blend of 65% Cinsault, 30% Pais, and 5% Carignan. The grapes are from small plots that were planted between 1800 1960 in granite soils. Hand harvested, 10% of the grapes are left whole cluster for fermentation with native yeasts, and then aged for eight months in concrete spheres. A classic Southern Chilean field blend,
