The roots are steeped in a neutral alcohol base for several months

Alcohol adds a little warmth to the finish which is big but well-balanced

but this wine is set for 25-30 years of longevity

the richness of vanilla oak coming though without being overwhelming and a little hint of Caliente spice

This is blended with 17% Merlot and 7% Cabernet Franc
