Confondo Rosato 2022 Folle Blanche ) Fermented in steel andThis lightly sparkling red is made from 100% Ciliegiolo, farmed organically in Tuscany. On the nose, hints of fresh baked bread, followed by fruity aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, white currants and rose petals. The palate is fresh and mineral, dry with long lasting, savory bubbles and ripe red fruits that pop at the finish. A stunning aperitif or partner for baked pasta with fall vegetables. Vegan.
