So, we've created this mount for that reel that spans the studs so that you don't have to open up the wall, install blocking, and then patch the drywall. I do not recommend this mount if you have block walls or are comfortable adding blocking between the studs. I think the reel looks better without this mount. There are two finishes available: wrinkle
