This aftermarket replacement wear ring (OEM part number 7H-2423) is a plastic guide ring used inside Fits Caterpillar hydraulic cylinders to maintain proper piston alignment and prevent metal-to-metal contact between the piston and cylinder bore
The cap features a black face on a clear body and reads "Power Steering" -- it is NOT compatible with tilt steering columns
It carries coolant from the bottom of the radiator back to the engine
