Le Puy Barthelemy 2016 Spain and reflects the sensory experienceMade from 100% Merlot, this wine is aged for two years in used barrels, following the lunar cycle. This wine is named after one of the most illustrious winemakers in the Amoreau family, Barthlemy (1844 1925), who bequeathed his notebooks to the estate, where he questioned the use of sulphur in the vinification process. Following Barthlemys theory, the wine is made without any added sulphur and is unfiltered. A deep purple in color, the wine offers
