Produced in Puebla, one of the lesser known regions for Mezcal, the regions high elevation and rugged soil give it a greener, fresher profile. The first sip brings to mind peach, pepper, and citrus. Then comes the pine, crisp and clean, followed by a whisper of spice. Its smooth, but not soft. Flavorful, but not overpowering.
