Blades are constructed of Electro Polished 12 gauge (2. 7 mm) laser cut 304 stainless steel with 1 (2. 5 cm) turned up edges and a 5 degree taper on the inside, heavy duty hinge with 1 4 (6. 4 mm) diameter hinge pin.
