Geum aleppicum Gift Card 2m x spread of 60cmAlso known as Yellow Avens or Common Avens, this is a lovely little plant native to most of the temperate northern hemisphere from eastern Europe across Asia and North America. It is a very reliable and hardy herbaceous perennial, growing to 1 m tall with palm shaped leaves. The delicate looking flowers are 2 cm diameter, yellow, with five to seven toothed petals. They are a wonderful filler in the garden and cope with more moist conditions than most.
